The new Daikin Optimised Heating product range is specifically designed to perform at extreme outdoor conditions and low temperatures. La Movida was put in charge of the product campaign which included organising a photoshoot, designing a catalogue and creating POS materials such as roll-ups and posters.
We started by creating a campaign image which emphasizes the cutting-edge Daikin technology engineered to beat the winter cold, while at the same time showcasing the 4 products which are part of the Optimised Heating range. Because the products are specifically targeted to the Northern European market we organized a photoshoot in a Scandinavian-styled home and later on added the Daikin indoor units which were not yet installed anywhere. In post production we added the snow to the photos to make it look like the house was placed in a winter landscape. In this way the photos look like they were shot in a colder Northern climate while keeping the costs low because we didn’t have to find a location abroad or hire a snow machine for the desired effect. With these images we could then create attractive marketing materials for print and online use.
